i had read that article earlier...seems odd that the two lawyers want more money for the curlin share-gallion and cunningham most likely won't see a thin dime of the money, so why do they really care?

Because they want to fulfill as much of the total $42 million award from Curlin as possible... The attorney is trying to protect whatever he can of the money these two creeps salted away.

yeah, it is lame-especially considering that churchill already put up an extra 250k for the stephen foster earlier this year. why not let him run there one more time, regardless of the gr 2 status?
