The circuit runners can then easily move across the bridge to Meadowlands in Sept.-Oct. before a necessary winter break. Could Meadowlands possibly handle all the NY horses AND the NJ horses in one two month meet?

Yeah, there are a lot of holes in his plan. The overall idea of tracks cooperating is good but his logistics are pretty terrible.

When ESPN hired Plonk they decided not to fire him because he was severely retarded. They also noticed he was gay so they had no choice but to keep him because they couldn't afford the liability of a lawsuit...especially after the Sean Salisbury fiasco. Having said all that, I consider him a top tier journalist for a retarded gay guy. I just think he rubs people the wrong way. I wasn't surprised by this article because he's retarded and fruity.

it would be tough on a lot of big a trainers who don't do as well at BEL and SAR
