The implications of the retirement of Ready's Image will send shock waves throughout the industry.

That's amazing.

I can only imagine his fee if the economy was flourishing.

Yeah, I was actually worried about how you'd take the news...

Hope you're okay with it.

Quick thoughts... Student Council, Carriage Trail, Mauralakana, and Lewis Michael all are reasonable retirements. They go out basically doing everything they could given their respective talent levels and aren't getting any better.

Ready's Image... ok I have nothing to say about him, kind of like his career.

Street Boss?? Really?? Is Darley that desperate to get him in the shed at 25k? He could have DOMINATED the sprint division next year in California. Sucks.

Kimberley Mines (HK), beloved 10 year old gelding originally from South Africa and Bodacious, HK Class C boy who was pretty damned good.

Happy retirement. Hope they both get to go somewhere nice.

Able Prince, eternal member of the illustrious Top 50 list (Hong Kong), G1 runner... a fine, fine horse. He bows out at #28.

Hope he's alright. Happy retirement to one who ran with the best.
