A "converyor belt" condition on a race track is when there is a speed favoring bias. That was not the case today....

Are you sure it was 3 seconds faster? What is a normal track nowadays anyway??

No that is a joke too. If you want to believe that the tracks at Santa Anita are normal or have any relation to what has been run over for the last 100 or so years fine. I am not a synthetic track hater either but thinking that any track or stakes records set at Santa Anita this year has much validity is silly.

Worrying about track records or final times, is silly IMO.
