I think this Cafferty assertion that racism is hurting Obama involves the prerequisite that you see the selection of Palin as a flagrant mockery of the intelligence(or lack thereof) of the American people. If you see the Palin selection as a good choice for one to have as his/her vice presidential running mate, then you can't see through anything a politician is going to throw at you, be it McCain or Obama.
yes, by voting for them you reaffirm a politician's belief that Americans are stupid.

I hope Palin gets in there only if it meant that Alec Baldwin was leaving the country, again.

I think one of the Baldwin brothers is required to leave the country after every election. It's law.

obama is the democratic nominee for president of the united states. yeah, we're a racist country. if he loses, after all this, it's because he's black? i think that's ridiculous.

I think it depends on events.
The current financial situation helps his cause.
It this continues, I believe he is in.

Even though neither candidate has a plan
because the problems have yet to come fully
clean. These institutions did a great job
of hiding problems and adding complexity
with outrageously complicated financial products
when they thought the cup overflowed.
