R6, Lucky Quality

Racing Incident Report *****
LADY FIRST began awkwardly, bumped the outside of its stall and as a consequence lost ground. After this, LADY FIRST trailed the field throughout and finished distanced. The performance of LADY FIRST was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, LADY FIRST will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in an official barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. AURELIAN was slow into stride.

Well since we still don't have the official HK thread for the season (yet!) , I don't want to be annoying by starting a Happy Valley (the happiest place on earth!!!!! ) thread so just gonna say that I really like Amo / Diamond Supreme (either order) in R6.

Poor Puerto Rico... down to Class 4 now.

Good luck to Wait for Me in that one (R2)... don't live up to your name.

Racing Incident Report
FLORAL PICASSO was slow to begin. Shortly after the start, AMO became unbalanced after being bumped by BELONG TO CASA which was carried in by THUNDER FLASH. In this incident, AMO and BELONG TO CASA lost ground. No action was taken. Throughout the race, RICH DRAGON travelled wide and without cover and near the 150 Metres was bumped and carried wider by DIAMOND SUPREME which shifted out. B Prebble (BEAUTIFUL DREAMER) explained his mount was reluctant to race truly in the early stages. He said near the 700 Metres BEAUTIFUL DREAMER which was continuing to race ungenerously got its head on the side and hung in away from RICH DRAGON. He said at the same time TREASURE RAIDERS shifted out slightly when being steadied away from the heels of FLYING SPRINTER. He said as a result BEAUTIFUL DREAMER struck the heels of TREASURE RAIDERS and was checked severely. In the circumstances, no action was taken. DIAMOND SUPREME and FLORAL PICASSO, which were following, were checked severely in consequence. BEAUTIFUL DREAMER was sent for an official veterinary inspection. A veterinary inspection of BEAUTIFUL DREAMER after the race did not show any significant findings. When questioned regarding the performance of DIAMOND SUPREME, K T Yeung said prior to the race the horse was on the toe as is usual. He said after receiving interference near the 800 Metres DIAMOND SUPREME was reluctant to stretch out for some distance. He did say the horse made some ground in the Home Straight despite hanging out. DIAMOND SUPREME was sent for an official veterinary inspection and sampling. A veterinary inspection of DIAMOND SUPREME after the race did not show any significant findings. HAR HAR CHARMS and RICE FIELD were sent for sampling.
