Handicapping Contests: Which one and how to enter?

Yes on both counts: In the Philly area and yes, the Eagles have given me my share of black and blue marks.

I was looking for anything at Philadelphia Park and can't seem to find anything. Of course THEY like to advertise "Philadelphia Park Casino" on TV here, and they don't mention horse racing AT ALL! Talk about sticking it to the horseplayer...it's like they are EMBARASSED that they have racing!

It would be ironic that I need to go to NJ to get into a tournament, since they don't allow online betting at all (PA does), and the track I used to frequent most in NJ, Garden State, is a distant memory.
