give me the events that can be timed or measured (weight, height or distance), i don't like the team events or the ones that are rated by judges.

Gymnastics and Iceskating (for the winter)... ughhh.

I will watch the basketball though.

T & F is great, but my fav is women's beach volleyball.

The last world record holder in the 400 I.M. was Tom Dolan. The record was set at the 2000 games in Sydney. The time? 4:11.76.

Almost an eight second drop in the span of 8 years. Arguably the greatest athlete of all time.
