It is smart, the girls that we go with to Vegas, they do two things, 1) Sit by the pool from 8:30 till about 2pm and then from 3 till 7, they are shopping all over the place.
prices out there are outrageous! Chicago markup's bad, Vegas is worse. Been in those places walking around with my sister (although she normally spends just as much time in the casinos as me). If having a bad day, kill a couple hrs walking thru Caesars' shops. Then go back at it.
