i know what you're saying, but even though you say she gave up a clear lead, she ran fast. she ran the kind of race that would be a winning effort more often than not. though her 1/4 was 22.2 which i'm sure durkin would agree is blazing, she didn't come home that slow. given over three weeks and a couple interim works i think its pretty likely that she moves forward, and if she does it would be a tall order for one of the others.

I agree with AJim. She ran a pretty solid race and didn't really seem to hang. The time was good and I think the Jockey wrapped her up thinking he had the race won. I think she will improve and unless one of the 1sters is sitting on a huge race she is a very likely winner. Will single unless one of the firsters takes a ton of money.

No doubt. Not saying she's a sucker bet, just saying that I try to avoid singling horses like her usually. I've seen too many horses run good debuts that they should've won, then come back to burn money.

I agree, I have lost a ton of money on horses that always find a way to come in 2nd when they should be much the best. Because of budget limitation on P6's this is the type of horse I'm "forced" to single.
