By my calculations, that is an extra 21 million into the purses EACH YEAR. and they are separating based on total handle, which Arlington smokes all the other garbage

They are saying it could DOUBLE purses, that would mean maidens would be running for 56k, HELLO BETSY

This really does have a crazy effect, the Illinois program should get a huge boost from the breeding perspective, just off that.
