No, all kidding aside, I think it is moronic that you are even leaving your bed....You don't mess with your back especally when you are talking discs and stuff, it isn't a pulled muscle, it is the central part of your body. I have barely gotten out of bed as it is. The Doctor does want me up and walking around though. I really don't think the track this Saturday is the best idea, really.
