War Poem
casualties of war Š By Sherry L. Eichler men go off to war every generation pays it's dues war does not discriminate there are many ways to loose some will live and some will die some are caught between for as fate twists it's crooked path some slip into places unseen war is never black and white there are several different hues often living is the hardest part no one gets to choose let not the surface fool you not all casualties are carried if the truth be told the soldiers we hold are not the men we married |
