It's the software. Denise just had to reboot the system to get it to reload. Between the 24/7 streaming and selectability options on the Archive, it appears there is a point where the system crashes and the most recently loaded material partially or completely goes. Without a complete, and pricey, overhaul of the storage system, it will continue to happen occassionally.
