![]() I am probably the last person to ask, but this did happen to me before. It turned out to be a problem with Adobe/Acrobat/Reader/etc. Call your resident tech guru, the Geek Squad, etc. and they should be able to help you. I download about 10-20 cards a day and I've had issues here and there, but only the one time like you described.
BTW, Adobe/Acrobat (the reader version) is free. If you are looking to be a "do it yourself'er" -- you could try clearing cookies, cache, temp files, etc. and then rebooting (you might/will lose stored passwords) -- and then try again. There has to be many people here more technologically inclined, LOL. Eric |
