Best bet of the day is in the last race, #4 Lattice. Lattice returned to his top in his first start as a 4 year old, a very strong TG angle, positive jockey switch, a real good work 2 back. Should get a perfect trip in this race also. Playable on either surface.

$2 Late P4
7: 4,5,7,8,9
8: 1,4,6,8,10
9: 7
10: 4

.50 Late P4
7: 4,5,7,8,9
8: 1,4,6,8,10
9: 5
10: 4

Singling Pyro in the pick four even though he's pretty much the only one in the race that doesn't need a placing?

Yes, because there isn't much in that race, who do you see beating him because I see zero. I think he sits midpack and makes a real wide move and just sweeps by them.

I see your angle though and I am all about beating 3/5 but in this case, who can possibly do it?

I think the Bluegrass is a spread race. Toss the two chalks. I'll be using the Pletchers, Big Truck, and maybe KY Bear.

Here goes my tickets (In case your looking for throwouts....)

Keeneland

1) $1 Pick 3 --- 1 7 / 2 5 6 / 3 5 10 12 ($24)
2) .50 Pick 4 --- 5 6 / 3 5 10 12 / 3 4 5 9 / 9 10 11 12 ($64)
7) .50 Pick 4 --- 1 3 5 6 8 11 / 6 9 10 / 2 3 5 9 10 11 / 3 4 9 11 ($216)
.50 Tri --- 1 3 5 8 / 1 3 5 8 / 1 3 5 6 7 8 11 ($30)
$2 Pick 3 --- 1 5 8 / 9 10 / 3 7 ($24)
9) .50 Tri --- 2 3 9 11 / 2 3 5 9 10 11 12 / 2 3 9 11 ($30)
$2 Ex Box --- 2 3 9 10 ($24)
$4 Ex --- 3 / 29 ($8)
$20 Win --- 2 ($20)
$20 Win --- 9 ($20)

($456 wagered)

Taking a swing for the fences leaving out Pyro, but backing up in a small Pick 3. The .50 option allows wide tickets with the possibility of big returns.

Good luck to all!!!

All around big payoffs!!! Just couldn't catch ....ARGGGGH!

Cool Coal Man, Kentucky Bear, Cowboy Cal, Medjool, Visionaire..

You may be right, he may win on class alone, but I think singling the only horse in the field that won't be all out to win or even place is bad business.
