![]() I didn't know there was a jury. He plead guilty. I am not sure they had a jury sitting. Regardless, I read the sentencing guidelines -- he could be out in about a year to a year and a half all in.
The entire fiasco is a shame. It's a shame that someone can do such damage and hurt to others. Right or wrong, sickness or irresponsibility, you want to go out and screw up yourself or your own life -- your decision. Who gets to make the decision for the others -- the victims. If he's hit rock bottom, well, that's what is needed. Eric |
