He is easily the 2nd best player behind Beasley. Another year wouldnt hurt but he has to go now. PG is the hardest position for a young guy though.

Only flaw I can see with him is outside shot.
He is so strong and sees the floor so well.
He finishes so well. Plays defense.
Of course it will take a year or two, but it will
be worth the wait while having some cash flow.

Maybe he already has some cash flow at Memphis.

He does shoot a bit of a heavy ball but he has probably dominated for so long he has never needed it much.
