I've been a customer of Ed off and on..
he has offered some very nice stat compilations like how sires do on differing turf surfaces, and what trainers win more often for what owners
I can't speak to the merits of his right to use and resell the stats, but cyber war is not the way to get what you want... Equibase can afford a lawyer. I/L
