The unintended consequences of our actions are mind boggling. Sacrificing hay for corn to feed cars, not horses. The world staggers along in the wake of human error.

ethanol sux. poor gas mileage and too bad if you drive a classic that doesn't have the gaskets to handle the stuff

just read the other day the biodiesel emits far more greenhouse gases than fossil fuels.

and the price of gas won't go down, as oil companies won't invest their capital into new refineries and the like, since they are the 'bad guys' these days, and don't know what their own future holds. what a mess.
