For any number of reasons that can be debated and dissected all night long, the fact of the matter is that high majority of skill position players (except quarterbacks) are black. The same goes for basketball. I don't think he's wrong in saying that. I also agree that football is more of a year round game in the South because of the weather factor. I wouldn't agree that there are more black people in the South to get athletes from though. I would say that it's just more likely that you would find Southern athletes that play football than you will in the North.

Pretty sure that Irish is black too.
