one more thing, I just saw a topic posted in the paddock about the ban of horse slaughter.

I would truely hope that if any of you guys are willing to fight for the ban of horse slaughter you would do the same for the ban of abortion and the taking of a human life.

I'm for postnatal abortions of Catholics and the kiddy fiddlers that brainwash them.

I've actually kept religion out of it, saying me being pro-life has nothing to do with my Catholic religion.

If you are against killing horses, you should be against killing a human life.

But, thanks for telling me what I should be for or against. To me, probably because I am using common sense, the two have nothing to do with each other.
I've mentioned religion, but I never talked about my religion as being the reason why abortion is wrong. Check it again.

Abortion should really be about a mans right to choose.

I was just entertaining myself when sparring with Cajun.

Basically, if the man wants the women to have a kid she should have it - or go to jail.

If the man doesn't want her to have it, than she doesn't have it.

That's the way it should be.

While I'm sure that was intended to be satire, and damn good satire at that, there is actually a movement that essentially goes along those lines of thinking.

They're MRAs -- Men's Rights Advocates, and they're batshit crazy and say things like "I had an abortion" after they pay for their girlfriend's abortions. There was just a wingnut's wet-dream article about them in the LA Times a few days ago.

Read it if you can tolerate it.

Frankly, I like this feminist's response to it better, where we can get to the heart of the issue:
As I've said before, the idea that a woman has a right to terminate a pregnancy makes about as much sense, in their misogynist worldview, as the idea that a car has a right not to drive once you stick in the keys.
