That is a great trivia question right there.

I know the hockey teams and cities and all that good stuff, I just don't know the rules

Like Scavs grew up around hockey but never got into it, however, this is a great game to watch.

Being from WNY originally I lived and breathed Sabres hockey. i HATE the new jerseys, i loved this one.

Loved the outdoor game. Would have definitely gone had I been upstate for the holidays.

As a huge hockey fan for more years than I care to admit, this game to me is torturous to watch. Hockey is a fast paced game of speed and skill, not what you're watching now, with stoppages every 2 minutes to fix the ice.

Yes, conditions kill everything the NHL wants to highlight - speed and skill. BTW same here as a fan, NHL Center Ice subscriber for last 6 or 7 years.

aren't many rules at all. hockey is an easy sport to learn, more penalties really than rules to worry about.
full of action, and one of the few sports that's better seen live than on t.v.

sorry i missed this one, i heard greenie talking it up this morning. maybe they'll do it again soon.

Back page of the Sun Times this morning was promoting the Hawks doing this at Soldier Field. Best PR hockey has had since Gretzky

Default It's a great day for Hockey!

They did this in college hockey at Lambeau Field in WI a few years back. The Badgers played Ohio State. It was a ton of fun, however being at the game was more of a novelty than anything. Of course tailgaiting and tons of extra curricular activities were good, but a football field is not made well for the viewing of a hockey rink. With that being said, I would probably go again. I have a soft spot for hockey outdoors, since that is my main winter activity.
