Just had a hunch. I have a pretty good feel for firsters at this track. They often try to sneak them in off the farm. This one had a string of long slow works, so I wasn't worried about stamina. Tammi is above average and better sprinting at Tampa, she signs on for a no name trainer.

Oh yeah, the kicker was that the mare has had one other offspring reach the track and he......won at first asking.

I wasn't terribly confident (notice I used 4 in the race), but felt the need to include in the P4. Sorry about the P4 Bill.

RBE - pick 3 in races 4-6 on a relatively small investment

Bigs - crushed the late double with that 39-1 shot bringing it home

Great Job Steve and 2DB! glad you guys cashed a few... had a miserable P4 sequence, but was able to manage a nice trifecta in the 10th keying the 5 and catching the two 14-1 horses under..another great day at the Downs!

Biggies snaring the 9 in the last leg... da master! BTW Mike, "Stickney" Bob nailed the exacta in the the 8th - a cool 474.00 off a $2 5-10 ex box!..I'm sure he'll mention it the next time you see him

I saw him on my way out. That's why he's the Varsity and we are just the JV team. Only he would have Honey Honey Honey on top....
