The head on, and back view, showed there was a ton of room and Coa's right handed whip drove the horse into the rail. The rider of the winner kept a straight path and did nothing wrong. |

He might have, as he was possibly intimidated, but there was a huge opening and moving up the fence at that point is usually right.....as opposed to having to alter course. I understand your argument but I think in this particular situation it is reasonable to think he did the right thing. |
