He cost me the pick 4, I was alive to the 10 in the last.
Can anyone who was either there or watching tell me what in HELL caused Charles Forrest to fall off the 10 horse, Lovely Valley in the 8th race????? The DRF says he became unbalanced?? WTF!! I have found many ways to lose over the years, but this is the first time my rider has fallen off for no apparent reason. A micro-cosm of my day.

Looks like the horse reared into left leaving the gate knocking his foot from the irons...lost his balance momentraly and when the horse corrected he looked like he purposely fell rather than try to regain the mount...Can't say I blame him, he was out of control in a bit of early gate traffic

Thanks for the link to the replay. After watching it multiple times, while the horse did veer SLIGHTLY to the right one step out of the gate, it is unfathomable to me that he lost his balance and fell off. I admittedly have never ridden a horse, but that was remarkable.
