Both Encosta de Lago and Redoute's Choice tend to produce "sprinty" runners. Redoute's Choice is the Australian Storm Cat, and Encosta de Lago is gaining to share that title. I've seen more than a few Rock O's running down there in maiden plates and stuff. I also saw a few running at 'Toga this summer in MSW's there (and they did quite well). But they also seem "sprinty". Just based on Rock's choice distance of a mile, I'd bet his progeny at a mile and under.

A mile is a little over 1600 meters.
