The tighter turns myth is funny, as it pops up every once in a while when dealing with one mile dirt courses.
Just for the record, the stretch at Monmouth is 990 feet long, a little bit longer than Lone Star. What that means is that since the circumference at Monmouth and Churchill is the same and the stretch is longer at Churchill, the turns are wider at Monmouth. NT
