Sort of....and I was actually joking. Touch Gold went to the lead early, in a reasonably slow pace, then dropped back a bit, and rallied to win.

I think Wild Rush was up front though I think the field was pretty compact.

Yeah, that sounds familiar. I guess I should just find the race on youtube or nyra.com. I just remember Silver Charm and Free House hooking up again briefly at the top of the lane until it fell apart that last furlong.
