Why dont they ever, ever punish the owners? So the hookers and dealers goto jail, the pimps and the financiers stay in business? Slap an owner, I PROMISE the whole thing would change, and right quick.

Doesn't look good for Biancone. In the stewards' report, part of the penalties handed out to the vet were for not reporting the fact that Biancone had violated the rules. If that's the case (and I realize that Biancone is not estopped by this finding), then all we're really talking about now is the severity of the penalty that the KHRA hands down and how his owners react.
