Wing, she's not fat , she's just matured, gotten bigger (all around: taller, broader, etc), and filled out muscularly.

Go to this website to see a good pic of the superficial muscles of the horse, and compare to the above pic of Sumwon - you can see those individual muscles bulging under her skin, and identify them by comparing to the picture - pretty cool

Here's her first pic from NOLA - compare this (where you can see the ribs, lack of muscle cover) in the immature Sumwon, to above picture of her.

Now we can see how good our trainer is!
