haha, another scoop for Larry.

i remember another one from the moral high ground, Bill Bennett, I think he even wrote a book called The Book Of Virtues. Now for the most part I like the guy and think he quite smart, but then several years ago it came out that he blew like hundreds of thousands of dollars on slot machines. So two things came to mind. One, obviously it was his money to blow but when you are preaching virtue for the masses you might want to make sure your own backyard is clean.

the other thought was from a gamblers perspective. I mean how smart can he be putting that much money into slots? the worst possible gambling endeavor, a sure loser. Of course if he was addicted to horse racing I could have more sympathy.

Bill Bennett...well, anyone that would rather feed a one-armed bandit than back a horse shows their "brain power".
Here's the Times-Picayune opinion...

Oh yes. He can go to counseling and get better.
Same with homosexuals... three weeks of counseling at a good religious institute and they will be just fine. I'm cured, I'm cured, praise the Lord.

Thanks for the little read Z. Crazy stuff.

Seems that both of our links went to the same story in different places.

For those that want to know where I live, all you have to do is drive down an off street, look for the big pile of stones in my front yard.
They're there for anyone that feels the need. But remember before making a selection, "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone."
My guess is that Vitter understands that now.

larry says more dirty laundry to air soon. oh man, i bet he's having a blast.

and says in the above that vitter is awol, has been for the last few days, missing important votes, etc. what a coward. if what you do is something to be ashamed of, gee--guess you shouldn't have done it!! so, missing votes, etc, because he's too chicken to show himself. great. glad he's doing the work of the people.

Yikes! Today FL Rep. Bob Allen.
Geesh, must be aftertaste from the Foley days.

At least he could seek a job in the future from the Catholic Diocese of LA, cause they just settled for $660 million.
Go get 'em Father Bob.

Mr.Vitter finally appeared yesterday on the news with his wife.
What a joke.
Apparently God has forgiven him, so to heck with his constituents. And his wife is very upset b/c if they were any other family there would not be so much media interest...WTF?
They were also very upset when reporters tried to ask questions, guess those reporters were rude thinking they could ask questions in a press conference, and upset the media has been at their church, such invasion of their privacy.....LOL
And Mrs. Vitter has forgiven him so it's nobody's business but theirs. This is the woman who likened herself to Lorraina Bobbit.
Guess she missed the part that she colluded to hide Mr. Vitters solicitation of prostitutes, apparently not illegal for our conservative family value republican senators.
Not a Vitter fan so have been having a really good laugh over this one.
They are also really surprised anyone would ask for his resignation, these are the people who wanted Clinton to resign for a BJ. WTF?
I am one of the unlucky in his district...didn't vote for him, but stuck with him, hopefully not for long.
Lets' see, during Katrina he called FEMA "FEMA Idiots" although I don't disagree with that, the pot shouldn't be calling the kettle black, Vitter Idiot.
Chuckling with every press release.
