I agree, keeping a guy with Sosa's numbers out of the Hall would turn the HOF into a joke...a popularity contest like American Idol. There is already one absentee that tarnishes the Hall imo...

![]() I believe he's from just outside NYC. We saw the potential with him back in '89 and loaded up on his rookie baseball cards. There not worth a lot, but pointing him to future success back then means a lot.
