Here in Houston we've seen a revitalization of downtown because of the Toyota Center (Rockets) and Minute Maid Park (Astros). Before the Rockets moved downtown the area around the Summit was and still is pristine.

Unfortunately we still have the eighth eyesore of the world sitting next to Reliant Stadium which is a beautiful place.

Amazing part is looking at Reliant Stadium, and comparing it to the "8th Wonder of the World". The Astraydome looks like a Yugo now compared to a modern-day arena...
