Default Victor Molina....OHH No No No !!!

Prior to the third at Philly yesterday Mr Molina was pinned in the gate by a frisky 2 year old of Cliff Sise's "Yes Yes OhYes" before a national audience of TVG which feeds Monday races from Philadelphia Park to a much greater live audience due to the slim pickings of Monday races.

Molina was seen kicking the horse in the stomach in response to his own jostle....

After a barrage of complaints the management at Philly Park issued an order by the head of security to remove Victor from the premises until a hearing scheduled for Tuesday.

To his credit a humble and remorseful Molina offered apology to YesYes's owner and will undoubtedly seek forgiveness later today.

So does the fact that a larger audience witnessed this horrible transgression
mean that a stiffer penalty of a prolonged suspension should be handed down to this jock who seems to be a first offender by any account.......sometimes technology is our own worst enemy!!!!! What does the DT court say here on this one???
