Since the post is moved back to 4PM, if you get their earlier in the day...say, by 2:00 you'll have no problem finding a good spot somewhere.
Going to pretty much focus on Canterbury. Although, I might peek in on Lethbridge and Lincoln. Interesting that Canterbury picks up their signal. Those are tracks that I've never seen races from.

Lemon and Scan,

Unfortunately I'm not sure how true that is. I called yesterday (Wednesday) to reserve a table ANYWHERE up on the 3rd floor (clubhouse/restaurant level). EVERYTHING IS BOOKED.

I thought since they moved back the post time to 4PM, that would make things easier, but I guess the Belmont is a big enough deal even without Street Sense. A place you can try for (and probably what I will do) is try for the 2nd floor. There is some tables set up (that's first come, first serve, no reservations) with big screens simulcasting at least the "major tracks" that day.

I will try to go up to the 3rd floor anyway to see if anyone has cancelled out on their seat, but otherwise we might be S.O.L. If either of you wanna pm me your contact info, if I find something we could share a table???? At least the weather will be nice out, so if you just gotta sit outside and watch the races out there.... so be it.

Yeah, it would be nice to meet you guys. Definitely would be up to sharing a table with the Canterbury DTers. I'll send you my contact number later today. Hopefully Lemoncrush, Hoof Hearted and Kimmeaster will be able to join us.

You're right about the weather. With it being nice, I planned on being outside on the first or second level.
And BTW, not much rain yesterday and today is gorgeous outside (same forcast for tomorrow). Expect the track to be fast and firm.

Yeah, should be nice. Looking forward to it. Just finished going through the card. Some tough/competitive races, especially the two on the turf.
