Wasnt there a Seinfeld episode that focused on George doing the opposite of his natural instinct? I think he ended up dating a hot blond and got the job with the New York Yankees. It worked for him and Scavs so why not the rest of us.

I give up wagering

Giving up trying to gain weight
Giving up sex
