Well, I know I am beating a dead one, but in certain states, you don't have the luxury of going to multiple sites to wager on different tracks.
As of now, I have no way to wager online for the Belmont, only over the phone if I sign up for a Youbet account. So, yet again, customers will be the ones to lose early, and the overall effects will be that the tracks and the game as a whole lose... ALostTexan
