mahler improved dramatically first run to 2nd and has already won over the Derby trip so no stamina doubts there..theres a lot to like about him..

despite the royal lodge not being the best trial for future champs, i thought i saw a monster horse that day and still believe that after this week in chester.

ill stay positive about this race. last years was knocked by most and it turned out to be a good winner. O'Briens derby horses will improve dramatically from now until Epsom and I wouldnt be surprised if the winner finds the 10 or so pounds to be competitive in Epsom..
We'll find out alot during the week with Authorised, but hope Salford Mill runs to get a bit of a guide.. i liked his win, but saying that Aculpoco wouldnt be that high up the pecking order in Ballydoyle
