Cobalt Blue is NOT out.. His gallop this morning was above avg. I heard a conversation with some reporters and O'Neill and O'Neill said he would call Merv and make a decision in the afternoon.

Oh wow, ok. Sorry if I posted incorrectly on the Tiago thread. The Target Louisville guys were very confident that Cobalt Blue was out, even after the 2 minute lick. I miss Frank Lyons!!!
