I don't think the Bluegrass was a "perfect trip." But I do think that he was clear and outside with plenty of time to assert himself as the cream of the crop.

.......He didn't.

It might be a total toss to you, but not to me. He was even with all others and driving and didn't separate himself or win.

Dominican outran him...

I'm not saying that he is my hosre for the derby..I like DOminican more than I like him, but to leave him off your tickets would be a mistake at this point. IMO.. I'm not trying to dissuade you, as we need the best odds possible on him..

Since when has a nose loss been being outrun? Just curious...

Dominican got him, but I don't think SS was cranked for the Bluegrass. Coming out of a HUGE battle with AGS, why would you want to run him as hard as you can, knowing the Derby is the true goal.

I don't know if he will win, but leaving him off all your tickets isn't a wise choise. SS will be on all my tickets.

Dominican was behind him in the stretch on his outside, caught him and beat him to the wire.

He outran him to the finish line of the race.

A nose loss has "being outrun" since they made the distinction between first and second money.

When I think of being outrun, I think of a horse losing by lengths. Matter of opinion I guess.

Good luck with your tickets on Derby Day.
