Look at the Place Pick 9 at Hawthorne, about a 20k carryover and you can play it for a $1 ticket

Scavs, how does that Place Pick 9 work? I have never played it before.

Your selections have to run first OR SECOND, and you advance.....

And i think if you get both horses (1st and 2nd) your ticket turns into double..So you could end up hitting like 8 times if you select the 1st and 2nd horses 4 times within those 8 race, definitely worthwhile to play today IMO. The first two races are gimme chalks, after that it gets a little wide open.....Worth a $100 play

$1 pick 3 wheel
Leg A - 3-5-6-8
Leg B - 2-3-4-5-7-11
Leg C - 1-2-3-5-9

Hmmm....seems interesting. And it is for $1 which I like. I am not going to wager it but I will put a ticket together to see how I do.

That is what I did, it is alot harder then you think when starting, it is in multiples of 9 and not 6 like a pick six, so I orginally had like a $1200 ticket

I am not a huge fan of this ticket but going to see if I can get some people to go together and play it
