It was a great day indeed. The experience of seeing "sumwon" saddled and running in a race at KEE was unbelievable for me. I hope all the partners were as pumped as I was. We knew she was in tough, but I'm very happy she came back good. It was bad luck to draw into the flight with Christies Treasure. The other flight (7th race) went the 8.5 fur. a full 4 seconds slower than "sumwon's" race. I'm sure the slower fractions would have helped "sumwon" have a little more gas in the tank down the stretch. Hopefully she gets in at CD on the 29th and we can have all this fun over again.
