he was in second place most of the running before backing up at the top of the stretch....

Lava Man stopped like he was chained to a stump. His owners have to be the dumb as a post and I will say that Lava Man will never regain his form. Too Bad he was fun to watch.

You of all people should know and understand that some horses simply do not ship well.

I would expect more from someone of your knowledge and stature to knock a horse like him....
