Take boxing classes!!! My son and me do and there are people of all body types, ages and sexes... It was too funny last week when this woman who likes to wear very low cut tops actually popped out of her top!! It was beyond words! but back to boxing... I hate working out... forget the walking and pilates .... tooooo boring! I really enjoy boxing as it gives you something to really do! Don't get me wrong ... you work really hard and sweat like a pig but I can see muscle lines I haven't seen in ages! Not to mention.... JJ fears me now!! lol

I am a doctor. First, get rid of the steroids. Steroids and diabetes will really increase your chance for a heart attack. Diet and exercise are the answer. Agree with walking and if your knees won't take that then biking and swimming. Although trendy, the South Beach diet is based on the European Diabetic Association diet is good on lowering your insulin levels. Finally, get your cholesterol tested. If your LDL cholesterol is greater than 70, then you need to be on a statin.
