I would ask the following:
1. How much is your day rate?
2. How much of a percentage do you charge and to what placing?
3. What things can I expect to see on my vet bill monthly?
4. How much does it cost to shoe the horse?
5. Will I get to help select the jockey?
6. Will I be able to come by and see my horse at anytime?
7. How much money will I need in my account before the horse runs?
8. Can I claim a horse even if I dont currently own one?
9. Do I need insurance for my horse?
10. What things do you as the trainer pay for?
