apparently so...if this is enforced it will mean the shut down of 2 out of the 3 US slaughter plants...which just means more are going to go to mexico for slaughter...but it's a start.
Well with the price of fuel and the relatively low prices Mexico dishes out, the profit is slipping away. I hope this makes the heartless bastards do the right thing and euthanize the old and injured and turn over to rescue the rest. I would rather see a horse euthanized any day than tortured and made to suffer for pure greed.
