Bufffy I dont see how something factual like the number of times that a horse is whipped can be debatable. I furthermore dont see how anyone could watch the replay and not see the guy whipping away furiously all the way to the wire.
Not trying to get you angry but your mea cupla skills could use some sharpening.

He clearly went to a hand ride for a second there. It clearly wasn't chop chop riding him. I do agree though that the horse has a problem once he gets to the lead, but he isn't your classic hanger.
