Someone want to try and convince me how Passed Over wins the 8TH at Tampa......nowhere on my radar screen!!!!

Only thing I see is Pecoraro is 21% 2nd off....but the 0 for 11 thus far for the meet turned me away...

Oh well...time for a winner in the 9th so I can hit 3 of 4 again..
