So they give you a 2 minute warning to adjust any wagers and you don't know the scratches until after your bet is locked.
Reminded of Vegas Vacation where Clark is playing guess the color and says White and the dealer says, Oh, so close, I was thinking of Off White! How about we save each other some time and I take you out back by the dumpster, take all your money and kick you in the nuts.
There has to be a better way. And I've been betting horses for over 40 years so what's a casual fan have to think with these shadowy, garbage "rules"?
